BAYLOR 2025 RECRUITING COMMITMENT LIST
Peacock visited Baylor on January 28th for the Bears "Sic’Em Showcase" Junior Day.
“It was good, how nice everyone was and the facilities were really nice,” he said following the Junior Day. “I talked to Aaron Hunt about recruiting and coach Matthew Powledge about each others programs and their defense.”
He also took a trip to Waco for Baylor’s Homecoming loss to Iowa State this past season.
“It was awesome I loved the energy that everyone had,” he said after the game. “I was able to meet the head coach (Dave Aranda), the safeties coach (Matthew Powledge), and the coach who recruited me (Aaron Hunt) they were saying they were excited to see me and takes about the program and it was awesome. I liked how much energy there was even with the rain and the stadium is super close to the field which is really cool.”
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound prospect has helped lead Gunter to back to back Class 3A Division II State Championships over the past two season.
He chose Baylor over offers from Oklahoma, Houston, SMU, Oregon State, and North Texas among others.
